Thank you for supporting Seeking Serenity Apparel. As a made-to-order brand, each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

This helps reduce overproduction and waste while allowing us to operate more sustainably.

Made-to-Order Processing

All items are produced upon request.

 

Please allow:

3–7 business days for production before dispatch

Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Timeframes

 

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK Orders: 2–5 business daysInternational

Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and customs processing.

 

Seeking Serenity Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier services

Customs or import procedures

Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and selected delivery method.

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn and unused

In its original condition and packaging

Returned within 14 days of notifying us

Proof of purchase must be provided

 

As items are made to order,

we cannot accept returns for:

Incorrect size chosen by the customer

Change of mind after production has begun

Custom or personalised items

Please check sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographic evidence

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 

Exchanges

 

Due to our made-to-order model, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
